Chocolaty Avocado Mousse

  • 2 ripe avocados, peeled, pitted and chopped
  • ½ cup unsweetened coconut milk
  • ½ cup raw cacao powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon ground ancho chile
  • 1/3 cup raw honey
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract


  1. In a blender, add all ingredients and pulse until smooth.
  2. Transfer the mousse in serving glasses.
  3. Refrigerate to chill completely.
