Honey Mustard Dressing

  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon French mustard
  • 2 tablespoon cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • 6 tablespoons olive oil


  1. In a food processor, garlic, honey, mustard and both vinegars and pulse until well combined.
  2. While motor is running slowly, add oil and pulse until a thick mixture is formed.
  3. Serve immediately
