Raspberry Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 2 pears, peeled, cored and chopped roughly
  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • 2 teaspoons chia seeds
  • 4 teaspoons sesame flour
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 1½ cups fresh apple juice

Directions:

  1. In a high-speed blender, add all ingredients and pulse until smooth.
  2. Transfer into 2 serving glasses and serve immediately.
