Refreshing Kale and Spinach Salad

Ingredients:

  1. ¼ lb spinach (finely chopped)

  2. ¼ lb kale (finely chopped)

  3. 3 to 4 cherry tomatoes (halved)

  4. ¼ cup almonds (chopped)

  5. 1 avocado (core removed and diced)

  6. ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper

  7. 1 teaspoon sesame seeds

  8. Salt as needed

  9. Black pepper as needed

  10. ¼ teaspoon ground ginger

  11. 1 garlic clove (minced)

  12. 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

  13. ½ tablespoon lime juice

Directions:

  1. Toss together all of the ingredients until fully coated and season with salt and black pepper. Serve immediately.
