Spinach & Avocado Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups fresh spinach
  • 1-2 celery stalks, chopped
  • ½ of avocado, peeled, pitted and chopped
  • ½ teaspoon fresh ginger root, chopped
  • ½ teaspoon fresh turmeric root, chopped
  • 2-3 drops liquid stevia
  • 2 cups unsweetened almond milk

Directions:

  1. In a high speed blender, add all ingredients and pulse until smooth.
  2. Transfer into 2 serving glasses and serve immediately.
