Spinach & Avocado Smoothie

Ingredients:
- 3 cups fresh spinach
- 1-2 celery stalks, chopped
- ½ of avocado, peeled, pitted and chopped
- ½ teaspoon fresh ginger root, chopped
- ½ teaspoon fresh turmeric root, chopped
- 2-3 drops liquid stevia
- 2 cups unsweetened almond milk
Directions:
- In a high speed blender, add all ingredients and pulse until smooth.
- Transfer into 2 serving glasses and serve immediately.
