Ingredients:

  • ½ cup tahini
  • ½ cup olive oil
  • ½ cup water
  • ¼ cup dark soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 2 garlic cloves, pressed
  • 2 teaspoons fresh ginger root, minced
  • Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
